Right after the launching the new Nexus 4, Nexus 10, and Cellular connected Nexus 7 devices on Google Play Store, Google has updated the factory images page with new Android 4.2 build. The Android 4.2 factory images are now available for Nexus 4, Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 (Wi-Fi+3G) devices, along with the takju Galaxy Nexus handset.
Here are the devices with Android 4.2 factory images available, as well as the build numbers (same for every device) and code names for each:
Nexus 7 3G (nakasig): Android 4.2 (JOP40C)
Nexus 7 Wi-Fi (nakasi): Android 4.2 (JOP40C)
Nexus 4 (occam): Android 4.2 (JOP40C)
Nexus 10 (mantaray): Android 4.2 (JOP40C)
Galaxy Nexus (takju): Android 4.2 (JOP40C)
Google has also released binaries for the Nexus 10 9”manta”), Nexus 7 Wi-Fi (grouper) and Galaxy Nexus devices. Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 3G is still off the list
CDMA (Sprint/Verizon) Galaxy Nexus handset hasn’t been the part of the Android 4.2 factory images list yet. As always, there will be a delay in updates versus its GSM capable Galaxy Nexuses.
Hit up the links below to grab the Android 4.2 factory images and binaries for the aforementioned devices. For security reasons, do not forget to lock the bootloader after restoring a factory image on your nexus 4 device.

CDMA Nexus device—despite being, you know, a Nexus device—seems to guarantee at least a bit of a delay in updates versus its GSM counterparts. Unfortunately, this may simply stay the case for the foreseeable future.
