The Samsung ATIV S is currently the South Korean’s flagship phone of its Windows Phone lineup and we can say it could be the best Windows Phone 8 device along side the Nokia Lumia 920. Unfortunately, none of the carriers in the U.S. and Canada have confirmed when will they carry it on their networks. According to a leaked poster, it looks like Rogers in Canada will be releasing it in the coming weeks.
As you can see in the image leaked above, the carrier will sell the ATIV S handset for $149.99 on a 3-year plan or else it will sell for $599.99 month-to-month. But, there was no word on the precise launch date if the handset. Rumors has it that we may see it in stores and online by the end of this month.
For 149 bucks on contract, you will get a 4.8” HD Super AMOLED screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8MP main camera to capture 1080p HD videos, 1.9MP front shooter, DLNA, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, 16GB eMMC, 2,300mAh battery and it will come Windows Phone 8 OS installed.
