HTC EVO Shift 4G is a forthcoming Android smartphone for Sprint and it is the first WiMAX capable smartphone on Sprint networks by HTC. Simply it is the successor of the HTC EVO 4G, with smaller screen and a slide-out keyboard.
HTC EVO Shift 4G is running with Android 2.2 Froyo and it sports 3.6 inch capacitive touch display(800 x 480-pixels), a slide-out QWERTY keypad, 800MHz processor, HTC Sense UI, 5 megapixels camera with Dual-LED flash and 720p HD video shooting capability, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, WiMAX IEE 802.16 m, FM radio, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, 8GB micrsoSD card and memory expansion support for up to 32GB and much more.
HTC EVO Shift 4G is capable of giving 10Mbps of WiMAX speeds and it is also known as HTC Knight or HTC Speedy.
