Last year, Samsung already announced the Galaxy Express handset and it was heading to AT&T. Now, Samsung has introduced an international version of the handset which comes with slightly different specifications. The Samsung Galaxy Express International comes with LTE support.
The handset is running Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system with a 4.5-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5MP main camera with 1.3MP front-facing camera, 8GB internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory slot, 2000mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and GLONASS, MHL, NFC and more. The handset looks like Samsung Galaxy S III.

For the time being, there’s no word regarding the pricing info of the handset but it is expected to be available in the first quarter of this year in Europe/Asia.
