Recent reports suggest that 8 Android powered smartphones from Samsung will be introduced this year along with 7-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 variants. Among the 8 Android smartphones, the first name mentioned on the list was the Samsung device bearing model number GT-B9150. Now, we have found some leaked information about this mysterious smartphone.
The GT-B9150 will have a 1080p display with A15-based Exynos 5 5250 Dual processor clocked at 1.7 GHz under the hood. The same piece of silicon found on the device is seen inside the Google Nexus 10 smartphone and Samsung Series 3 Chromebook. It may reportedly be available on the Samsung Galaxy S IV or the Samsung Galaxy Note III also.
The device code named HomeSync bearing model number GT-B9150 is expected to be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona, Spain. Samsung is also planning to unveil the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S IV at a Special Mobile Unpacked event in March which is expected to come with a 5-inch 1080p display, packed with Samsung’s Exynos 5440 processor, a quad-core ARM Cortex A15-based chip, 2GB of RAM, 13MP Rear-facing camera, Mali-T658 GPU and more.
Yet, there’s no information about the specs and price tag of the Samsung device having GT-B9150 model number. However, it is expected that further details about the smartphone will be available very soon since it will be unveiled at MWC which is just few weeks away.
