South Korean mobile phone manufacturer has officially announced a new shiny Pink flavor of the Galaxy Note II smartphone. If you’re anywhere in Taiwan you can probably pick up a pink Galaxy Note II phablet in a store near you by this Valentine’s Day, this month. The new “cherry blossom pink” color edition is listed on Samsung Taiwanese’s official website, along with a matching colored pink S Pen.
If you didn’t know, Samsung launched amber brown and ruby wine colored Galaxy Note II editions last month. New Pink color would be the fifth color version for the most popular Galaxy Note II handset, which attain over five million units sales since its first official launch.
Aside from the new paint job, the pink Galaxy Note II retains its charming specs list, which includes 5.5-inch 1280×720 HD Super AMOLED display, 1.6GHz quad-core processor from Exynos family, complemented by 2GB of RAM. You will also find 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.9-megapixel front-facing shooter, SD card slot for memory expansion up to 64GB, 3,100mAh battery, BT 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, S Voice app, S Memo app, and it will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.
There’s are official details on pink Note II as of now, but it is expected to be priced in Taiwanese markets for NT$22,900 (that’s approx. $774 USD). We are also not sure whether or not it will make it to U.S. markets, where the gray and white colored Note IIs are being offered by all major wireless carriers.
