Over the past few months, we heard a wide range of rumors regarding the availability of Samsung’s 2013 flagship device, the Galaxy S IV. The device is already expected to be show cased at a Special Mobile Unpacked event on March 15. It is also said that it will be available right after its announcement, that is by March end or early April.
Eldar Murtazin who is a founder of telecom website Mobile-review, tweets saying that on March 14, there will be a big announcement. Although he didn’t reveal anything regarding the announcement, it is expected that the much rumored Galaxy S IV will be made official announcement on the specified date. Further report suggest that the device will be announced in New York.
The Galaxy S IV is expected to be packed with a 4.99-inch 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, 13MP Rear-facing camera and more. It will also feature non-contact gestures but will not be featuring an S Pen. It is further rumored to sport the upcoming hexagon and diamond shaped pixel layout which will become one of the highest resolution displays when compared to other rival products. We also reported that the device will feature a wireless charging module which will be compatible with any standard Qi charger.
Since the device is not officially announced, there is no word about the price tag. We’ll keep you updated.
