Samsung Galaxy S4 handset is set to launch on all the major carriers of the U.S. and according to the manufacturer, the device will launch in the U.S. and the rest of the world by the end of the second quarter of 2013. Sammy has yet to provide solid launch dates for Galaxy S4 on any of the U.S. carriers. Well, we’ve a good news for you. During its Uncarrier event in New York, T-Mobile’s head of marketing Mike Sievert has officially announced it will start carrying the Samsung Galaxy S4 from May 1st.

T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available at a down payment of $99. The device will be offered with Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor in the US and UK, instead of the newly announced Samsung-made Exynos 5410 Octa-Core processor. The Exynos chipset powered Galaxy S4 will be heading to most of the Asia and Africa and few European countries that don’t have LTE availability just yet.

Galaxy S4 has got a massive upgrade over the yesteryear’s Galaxy S III, featuring plenty of new software features. There’s a 5-inch 1080p Full HD Super AMOLED screen, Adreno 320 GPU, 1.9GHz Snapdragon 600 quad-core CPU with 2GB of RAM to run the things, 13 megapixel auto-focus camera, 2MP front facing camera, microSD card slot to accespt up to 64GB cards, micro USB 2.0, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, 2,600mAh battery to power everything and it comes preinstalled with some exclusive apps including Smart stay and Smart rotation eye-tracking, Smart pause, Smart scroll, S Health, Air Gestures and it will ship with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS skinned with a fresh Nature UX.
