Back in February, when the Taiwanese manufacturer announced its new flagship, HTC One smartphone, it is said that the device will be made available in the U.S. through AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile carriers. It looks like the HTC One phone will be available for pre-order in the coming days. According to a leaked memo grabbed by Engadget, AT&T’s pre-order bookings for its version of the HTC One will reportedly be opened this Friday, on April 5.
The leak suggests AT&T branded HTC One with 32GB edition will cost $249.99, and if you are yanking for 64GB edition, you will have to pay $299.99 and sign up for a 2-year contract plan with the carrier. Both smaller and larger option will require a 2-year contract agreement subscription with the carrier. Yesterday, we told you 64GB HTC One variant will be an AT&T exclusive only. AT&T is also going to charge the same $249.99 amount for Samsung Galaxy S4 handset, which will be available for pre-order from April 16th.
AT&T will sell the metal-clad HTC One phone either black or silver casing. The device comes with more advanced features, including a 4.7-inch 1080p display with 468ppi, quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, 2GB of RAM, 4MP Ultrapixel camera on back side with optical image stabilization, 2.1MP wide-angle front facing camera, and ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean + Sense 5 UI on top of it.
