A few days ago, Honor has launched its latest flagship phone X40 at an event in China. The manufacturer is now focusing on launching its next segment of the low-priced handsets in the same X series. The brand has started teasing the product officially. The company’s Myanmar Facebook account reveals a new phone called Honor X6 that is coming with a triple camera setup and a great battery life.
According to the post, the Honor X6 will be having a bigger display with a waterdrop notch at the center which is housing the selfie camera, and a square island for a triple camera setup on its backside. The device packs a 50-megapixel camera and it is also expected to be powered by a MediaTek processor.
Its detailed specs are yet to be confirmed. But speculations in Malaysia suggest that the Honor X6 comes with a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, 50MP back camera coupled with two more 2MP camera sensors, and there will be a 5-megapixel camera on the front side to take selfies. The device will ship with Android 12 OS with Magic UI 6.1 skin on top, while the source officially confirms the device will be fueled by a bigger 5,000mAh battery to provide a “long-lasting battery life”.
The available colors will be black, blue, and white. There’s no word on the actual release date just yet. The source claims it will be priced at MYR599 (~$130).
