Honor recently started selling the new high-end Honor X40 powerhouse in its Chinese markets. The company is planning to add another smartphone to its X series, to be more specially under X40 branding. As per the digital blogger @Factory Director Shi Guan, The Chinese maker will launch the new Honor X40 GT smartphone in its home market in the coming weeks.
The source couldn’t gather more details about the Honor X40 GT handset. But, this mid-ranger will be powered by Snapdragon 888 model SoC. That means it will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with 2.84 GHz Cortex-X1 CPU core, three Cortex-A78 cores at 2.42GHz, and the four efficient Cortex-A55 units at 1.8GHz.
According got previous reports it will be fueled by a much bigger 6,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging capability and the display of the said handset is supposed to deliver high refresh rate.
If you remember, the high-end Honor X40 was launched with 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED screen with FHD+ resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, 50MP primary f/1.8 camera, 8MP front camera, 5,000mAh battery and available for CNY1499 in Chinese market.
We’ll likely hear more about the Honor X40 GT in the coming weeks ahead of the launch.
