Google has now announced all of the details for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, its two most important phones to date, both of which offer a lot of phone for prices well under competitors. Let’s go over all of the official details right now.
in case you’ve been keeping off on buying a new Pixel phone until Google held its annual Pixel event. Pixel 7 series has the similar design of the Pixel 6 series, but with some important tweaks on each phone.
The list of similarities on both phones is extremely stubby, including the Google Tensor G2 processor, Titan M2 security chip, 50MP main camera on rear, Adaptive Battery functionality for “up to 72 hours” of battery life with ultra saving mode, IP68 water and dust resistance.
As we said above, both phones are powered by Google’s own Tensor G2 chipset with Tensor M2 security chip, made by Samsung on its 4nm node using panel-level packaging. The latest Tensor G2 chip has a new Samsung S5300 5G model to provide much better battery life, performance, stability, and efficiency against to the previous Tensor G1 chipset. It also offer higher clock speeds as hinted early benchmarked scores of the Pixel 7 Pro.
This new chipset built with two high-power Arm Cortex-X1 cores, paired up with two A76 cores, and four efficiency A55 cores. The A76 cluster is 100MHz faster at 2.35GHz. The X1 cluster has been bumped up by 50MHz at a frequency of 2.85GHz.
It scores a 10 percent gradual improvement in multi-core performance compared to the previous generation, which is a satisfactory uplift. For a notable improvement in graphics performance and efficiency, the Tensor G2 is combined with a Mali-G710 GPU, which is claimed to be 20% faster and 20% more power efficient than the previous generation GPU (Mali-G78 MP20).

For photography, the Pixel 7 Pro has a triple camera system on rear side which includes: 50MP main camera with f/1.85, 12MP ultra-wide snapper with f/2.2 for 125° fields of view, and a 48MP telephoto module with f/3.5.
