The Chinese manufacturer has launched a new budget Android smartphone, the Honor X5. Affordable Android phones are hot right now, aiming at the segment market. The Honor X5 packs decent specifications, which is powered by the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC and runs Android 12 Go Edition out of the box.
The Honor 5X is built around a 6.5″ HD+ LCD water drop notch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and the entire device is backed up by a 5,000 mAh battery that’s charged through a USB-C port at up to 25W. It comes packed in a leather texture panel on the back side.
Around the front is a 5MP selfie camera, this one can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps using its 8MP primary camera. Under the hood, the processor is coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, along with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The remaining specs are including 3.5mm jack, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and dual SIM. It doesn’t have an under-display fingerprint reader, but facial unlocking should be possible using the front camera. Two SIM cards can be used at the same time.

Honor released this handset for global markets, priced at 75 Jordanian dollars (R$ 550), which is equivalent to 99 Euros. Interested users can grab the Honor X5 in Sunrise Orange, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black colours.
