Apple brings out iOS 4.3 beta to developers for iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch

It has been confirmed that the ‘mobile hotspot feature’, which the Verizon iPhone 4 has already pre-installed as a part of iOS 4.3 and that feature would be made available to all iPhone 4s, once iOS 4.3 gets released. But we won’t have to wait for longer for the next version of iOS. Apple has released iOS 4.3 Beta through its developer portal and opened the gates for developers to test drive it.

The latest beta supported iOS mobile devices are iPad, iPod Touch 3rd gen and 4th gen, iPhone 4 and 3GS. A pre-release version of the Apple TV software has also been provided to test AirPlay functionalities with 4.3 apps – it doesn’t have any version notes. The latest build number of iOS 4.3 beta is 8F5148b. The new iOS 4.3 beta comes up including Wi-Fi hotspot feature for the GSM-based iPhone, new multi-touch gestures for iPad – 4 or 5 finger gestures; pinch to the home screen, swipe up to get multitasking tray, swipe left or right to switch apps, AirPlay video support to apps, highly sought out data sharing functionality, and iPad now supports fullscreen iAd banners.
