Samsung confirmed it is going to hold the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1, 2023 in San Francisco to officially show off the Galaxy S23 lineup, along with Galaxy Book 3 series of laptops. To recall, first-in person Galaxy Unpacked event since 2020 (due to COVID-19). Invites are also headed out from Samsung to the press.
We’ve already had a peek at the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, thanks to some earlier leaks. Although the Galaxy S23 series isn’t set to go up on store shelves until February 1st week, pre-reservations are open starting today through Samsung’s website in many countries.
This morning, we already told Samsung US started taking ore-registration for the new Galaxy phones. If you reserve the Galaxy S23 or reserve the Galaxy Book laptop in the US, you will get $50 Samsung Credit, which you can use to purchase products on the company’s website. Samsung will give $100 credit if you reserve both products.
Samsung India has also opened up reservations for Galaxy S23 phones. But, there’s a little twist here. You’ve to make a commitment by paying an INR 1,999 fee for getting the #Next Galaxy VIP Pass, so that you will get your order to be delivered early when you purchase the phone after it goes on sale. Samsung India also offering extra benefits worth ₹ 5000 if you reserve it, which could be very beneficial for you, and you may also get better trade-in value for their old products.
