HTC Inspire 4G landing on AT&T from 13th February at $99.99 with contract

HTC Inspire 4G Releasing on Feb13

AT&T has just announced about it’s next launch of the latest super smartphone, HTC Inspire 4G. The handset has announced at the last month’s Consumer Electronics show. AT&T has confirmed that will be launching on February 13th for $99.99 with contract. We’ve already familiar with the HTC Inspire 4G — its very first 4G phone, which is purely compatible with AT&T’s exclusive HSPA+ 4G network. Consumers should be aware of this “HSPA+ 4G” term. HSPA+ doesn’t mean that it is 4G technology. AT&T’s LTE 4G compatible network is still in planning and it will launch at some time in the future. Inspire users should expect a download speed of 6Mbps on day one. That’s far from HSPA+’s theoretical limit of 21Mbps.

Specs wise, HTC’s Inspire 4G is a large smartphone packed in a sleek unibody aluminum design with 4.3″ touch display running with Android Froyo OS, 1GHz Snapdragon chipset and having a 8MP camera with dual-LED flash, 768 MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, micro-SD card slot for 32GB memory storage, 3G, Wi-Fi, HSPA+ connectivity, DLNA, Mobile Hotspot capability, HTC Sense UI, HTML 5 support, Dolby Mobile and SRS WOW HD sound, and interesting feature called ’Physical location awareness’ — phone rings louder when in a pocket or bag and will quiets when taken out. The HTC Inspire 4G is the first phone to use HTC’s latest version of Sense UI
