Motorola Atrix 4G heading to AT&T for March 6th release at $200; $500 with Laptop Dock

AT&T has just announced that it will be taking pre-orders for the Motorola Atrix 4G from February 13th and the phone will be available for general sale from March 6th, which is having the full support of AT&T’s 4G HSPA+ network.

Motorola Atrix 4G would cost you $199.99, by signing up for a 2-year contract, but it will cost $499.99 to purchase the docking station that effectively turns the phone into a laptop computer. AT&T also offering the Entertainment Access Kit for Atrix 4G customers which includes the Motorola HD Multimedia Dock, a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and a remote control for $189.99.

Motorola Atrix is the most powerful phone and it is resembling a full PC capabilities packing with mind blasting features.

Motorola Atrix 4G is running with Android 2.2 Froyo(can be upgrdable to Gingerbread later) on Nvidia Tegra 2 Dual-core 1GHz Processor with a 4-inch QHD display (or 960x 540), a front-facing VGA camera and 5-megapixel with LED flash, a Biometric fingerprint login security, 1GB of RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11n, GPS, 3G, HSPA+, Bluetooth, HD Dock for it’s HDMI video output capabilities and Laptop Dock, 1080p HD video playback, a 1930 mAh battery, Android Market and a whole host of Google & AT&T services.

The Webtop docking station has an 11.6 inch display and a separate 36Whr battery, powering a custom Linux-based operating system with a full Firefox web browser. Forgot to mention that users will also have to pay for a tethering add-on in addition to the smartphone data plan.
