Great news for Epic 4G owners. Sprint has officially announced that the company will be rolling out Android 2.2 Froyo update (Over-the-air) for it’s exclusive smartphone, Samsung Epic 4G starting from February 21st, Monday. As expected, the roll out will come in waves and it will take around four days to reach all the Epic 4G users. So do not panic if you haven’t received it on the first day itself.
Sprint has also stated that “All users should have access to Android 2.2 by Feb. 25,”

Sprint’s Samsung Epic 4G users must be checking their handsets for the Froyo update by selecting the options – “Home” > “Menu” > “Settings” > “About phone” > “System Updates” > “Install Now”.
