LG G-Slate for T-Mobile to cost $699.99? Slated for pre-order at MobileCity

LG has announced its first Android 3.0-powered tablet, G-Slate. Both the LG and T-Mobile haven’t officially announced pricing for the upcoming G-Slate. Here an online retailer of portable electronics, MobileCity has slated the tablet for pre-order on their website. According to the retailer, the tablet will cost you $699.99, but its original retailed price has listed as $799.99. So it would be $100 less than the similarly Honeycomb-equipped highly spec’d Motorola XOOM.

LG’s G-Slate tablet, running on the Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS by equipping a dual-core Tegra 2 chipset clocked at 1GHz, 3G glasses required 8.9-inch 3D display, 3D camera. It also runs on T-Mobile’s 21mbps HSPA+ network, 1080p HD and 3D content outputs to TVs and displays, The rear camera is a 5 Megapixel shooter capable of recording stereoscopic 3D video in 720p and regular video in 1080p. There’s also a third 2 megapixel camera up front for video chat over T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network or Wi-Fi, 32GB of internal storage, both a gyroscope and accelerometer. It will be able to run Google Maps in 3D
