Motorola Droid Bionic is the first 4G LTE smartphone pegged for releasing on Verizon Wireless this year. It looks like Motorola is readying another 4G LTE capable smartphone, named as Motorola Targa to hit the markets this year. Along with the Tegra phone, we will be seeing two more handsets – Motorola Droid 3 and Droid X 2. These both phones are the successors of the Droid 2 and Droid X respectively.
A member over the Howard Forums has posted the images of these three handsets online. Both the Motorola Targa and the Droid X 2 are sporting Verizon logos on their bodies. Droid X 2 is bearing the model number MB870 and code named as Daytona. The successor DROID X has a model number of MB810. The below-pictured Motorola Targa is boasting a HDMI out on the side, front facing camera for video chats, capacitive buttons on the bottom. And surprisingly, it is sporting a "13MP / AF" camera at rear side. Hope it will be equipped with 13 Megapixels camera in real.
Droid X 2 aka Daytona (pictured below) is having qHD display and a dual-core chip. and it is running with Android 2.2.1 Froyo version.
The last image is sporting the Motorola Droid 3 handset and no details were provided about this one. It seems it is having a front-facing camera and it is sporting an impressive bezel design.
