Research In Motion’s first tablet, the BlackBerry PlayBook will be hitting a set of retailer chains starting from April 19th. The retailer Office Depot has officially announced that it will begin selling the BlackBerry PlayBook from April 19th, with the price tags of $499, $599, and $699 for the 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models.
The PlayBook is the first QNX-powered tablet, and will ship with a 7-inch display and front- and rear-facing cameras(5 Megapixel rear-facing and 3MP front-facing). It will sport a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, micro-USB, 1080p HDMI out and more.
