Along with HTC Legend, HTC has designed another Android 2.1 OS compatible smart phone HTC Desire equipping with 1GHz Snapdragon processor. The screen on the HTC Desire is vivid and crisp, having 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touch screen. It’s very much similar to the popular Nexus One, but differs in some aspects.
Desire comes with HTC’s latest Sense UI which we’ve already seen on HTC Legend. HTC Desire runs Google’s Android 2.1 OS (Eclair) and it is upgradable to Android 2.2 (Froyo) in future. The HTC Desire captures 3:2 wide still images and video capturing at 800 x 480 resolutions.
The Desire sports 576MB of RAM, Optical track pad. With a pinch of your fingers you can see all seven of your home screens. HTC desire comes with DivX support and 720p video capture.
