Verizon branded Motorola Droid X2 can now be purchased by the U.S. customers at Verizon stores with a price tag of $199.99 on a two-year contract. It has been available online since the May 19th, but now you can find it in stores, too. This is not a 4G LTE capable phone, but it has got some notable high-end specifications. If you want to get $50 discount on the original price what Verizon is asking for, you can get it for just $149.99 at Amazon Wireless.
Motorola Droid X2 will come with Android 2.2 Froyo (to be updated to Android 2.3 Gingerbread) with the latest version of MOTOBLUR on top of that, and it has got a 4.3-inch qHD display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution, powered by a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz processor inside, 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash that can record 720p HD video, 512 MB of RAM, 8GB micro-SD card pre-installed (with memory expansion support up to 32GB), HDMI-out, DLNA, Wi-Fi, 3G and powered by a 1540 mAh battery.
