T-Mobile customers have already been rocking the new Samsung-made T-Mobile Sidekick 4G smartphone with 4G HSPA+ connectivity. It looks like, T-Mobile is gearing up to bring another ‘Sidekick’ designed smartphone in the near future. But if you are looking for a new Sidekick phone, you don’t need to wait much longer because Japanese mobile phone manufacturer Sharp will bring a new Android powered Sidekick phone very soon.
Folks over Unwiredview have managed to got a couple of images of the newly leaked Sharp phone, which is sporting the same five-row physical QWERTY-slider keyboard, and the “pop-tilt” display as that of the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G. the details of this unannounced phone are scarce at the moment. According to the source, this phone will be carrying the popular Sidekick features and a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, 802.11 Wi-Fi 802.11 GSM / WCDMA connectivity, GPS, and equipped with a photo snapper on the back side of the handset. The question to be answer is “could this be the next Sidekick phone for T-Mobile?”.
