Late yesterday, ViewSonic has com up with the announcement of its new 7-inch ViewSonic ViewBook 730 Android powered tablet, which should be a perfect option for the customers who are looking for a tablet with an affordable low pricing value, and don’t care about all the high-end specifications available in the other tablets like Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1, Motorola Xoom, HTC Flyer etc,. A few days back, at Computex 2011 event, ViewSonic has introduced Windows 7 OS / Android OS dual-boot capable ViewSonic ViewPad 10 Pro and Honeycomb powered ViewSonic ViewPad 7x tablets.
The ViewBook 730 tablet isn’t having the tablet optimized operating system Android Honeycomb. It is still running on the out-date Android 2.2 Froyo OS, featuring a front-facing VGA camera, 1080p HD video playback support with help of its HDMI port, powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, and a 7-inch LED (800 x 480 pixels) backlit display. It comes with a RiteTouch stylus support, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth support, Amazon Kindle support, Amazon Appstore, Adobe Flash Player 10 compatibility, pre-installed sketcher app, an 8 hours of battery life (per charge) and more. ViewSonic ViewBook 730 tablet comes with an 8GB internal memory, and micro-SD card slot support for memory expansion up to 32GB.
