We’ve already seen the launch of the world’s first Windows Phone 7 Mango OS powered Fujitsu-Toshiba IS12T handset by KDDI telecom. But, the entire world is waiting for the official launch of the first Nokia Windows Phone. You might be well aware of that the Finnish mobile maker, Nokia is already prepping a Windows Phone under the name “Sea Ray”, which is running on the new Mango flavor, and we’ve seen the smartphone in action via leaked videos. It seems we are getting closer to the launch of this most awaited Mango running Nokia Sea Ray phone. Nokia and Microsoft are holding an event called Nokia & Microsoft Party on August 17th, and there might be chances for this event can turn up to be a special event specifically for Nokia’s first Windows Phone.
According to the above snapshot, Nokia will be raffling off three unknown Nokia Windows Phones on 17th of August (but we guess the handsets won’t be immediately available), and the three winners will receive a 250GB Xbox 360 console with Kinect, and a Nokia Windows Phone “as soon as available.” So what do you think..any chances of the official announcement of Nokia Sea Ray phone on August 17th?
The technical specifications of the Nokia Sea Ray handset have yet to be revealed out to the tech world. But, it is expected to be equipped with a 8 megapixel camera featuring Carl Zeiss branding camera lens.
