Sprint has recently confirmed that it is set to launch the BlackBerry Bold 9930, and leaked promotional flyer has also revealed the price tag of this device. But there is still very little we know about Verizon and their plans about launching the BlackBerry Bold 9930 handset. Thanks to the latest leak, we have the details now. Folks over the CrackBerry have managed to got a screenshot of the Verizon inventory system. As you can see in the below screenshot, the BlackBerry Bold 9930 will be priced at $249.99 on a two-year contract with Verizon Wireless. It will cost you $509.99 as a full retail price, and you have to pay $444.99 for a pre-paid version. There is no mention about the release date. But, the previous leak has suggested that this handset will be available for sale via direct fulfillment on August 15th (phone and web orders), and through Verizon stores on August 25th. Sprint will launch its BlackBerry Bold 9930 smartphone with the same price tag $249.99 on contract, and it could hit the markets on August 21st.
Specs wise, the BlackBerry Bold 9930 will be having the new BlackBerry OS 7, featuring a 2.8-inch touchscreen display at 640 X 480 resolution, equipped with RIM’s traditional QWERTY keyboard, powered by a 1.2 GHz Single-Core Processor, boosted by 768 MB RAM, flash equipped 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording capability, 8 GB on-board memory, microSD slot supporting up to 32 GB cards, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, and 1230mAh battery.
