According to the sources, we learned that HTC plans to unveil the HTC Omega, a Windows Phone along with another Windows Phone called HTC Eternity at the HTC event on September 1st in Europe. Now, we’ve got a chance to the render image of this handset. The folks over PocketNow have leaked out the first press shot of the HTC Omega Windows Phone. This handset is expected to be called HTC Redar upon launch.
Specs wise, HTC Omega is expected to be having Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS, 3.8-inch S-LCD touchscreen display, 512MB RAM, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera and backed up by 1.5 GHz Snapdragon processor. This handset would be first Windows Phone with a front-facing camera which will the users to make video calls and it will be shipped in white/silver (perhaps it’s aluminum) color scheme. No details of release date and the price info of the HTC Omega handset at the moment. But, we will be seeing it rocking on T-Mobile air waves very soon.
