The T-Mobile branded HTC Radar 4G is a Windows Phone with 4G (HSPA+) capability, having all the high specifications and an up-to-date hardware inside the hood.
HTC Radar 4G runs the new Windows Phone 7.5 ‘Mango’ OS, a 1GHz single-core chipset provides the processing power, sporting a 3.8-inch WVGA display with 480 X 800 pixels of resolution, 5 megapixel rear-facing wide camera, a VGA front-facer to make video calls, 512MB RAM to keep things running, 8 gigs on on-board storage, Bluetooth, GPS/aGPS, 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity, FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, 5.1 surround sound, DLNA functionality, Accelerometer, G-Sensor, Marketplace, and a whole host of Mango and the T-Mobile services.
HTC Radar 4G will be having a set of the pre-installed apps including Netflix, Tango Video Calling, T-Mobile TV, TeleNav GPS Navigation, Slacker Radio, HTC Watch, Local Scout and more.

I welcome the 4G but 1Gz, 5MP camera, and 8gig storage, not acceptable! Wanna be a big boy? Then play with the big boys and get something better like the Titan or similar. My gut feeling tells me this will be the only Wp7 Tmo will get.
