The Motorola Droid RAZR is one of the thinnest (at just 7.1mm thickness), lightest smartphones on the market. You will barely feel its weight in your hands. Motorola Droid RAZR starts appearing in Verizon’s Equipment Guide system detailing about its technical specifications and other exciting details. You know the specifications part of the Droid RAZR by now. Moto has promised about that the upgrading of the Motorola RAZR (not Verizon’s Droid RAZR) with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS should happen in early 2012. That is a couple of months away soon.
