We know Motorola has something ready for Android fans. No, we are not talking about the new Motorola Droid RAZR handset. We’ve been hearing many details seeing leaks of the unannounced Motorola Xoom 2 tablet. But, the manufacturer has yet to announced it officially and we weren’t sure about its launch date and price tag details. Thanks to the new leak. An advertisement portraying the Motorola Xoom 2 has been spied on a flyer for the Europe based Car Phone Warehouse. According to the leaked Irish Carphone Warehouse ad, the 8.2-inch Motorola Xoom 16GB Wi-Fi variant will be priced at €399.90 (~ $545) and it will be hitting the retails channels by the end of this year. That means users will be buying it just in time for Christmas.
The ad disclosed a few details on the specs part of the Motorola Xoom 2. According to the ad, This version of the Xoom 2 is sporting 8.2-inch touchscreen display, runs Android 3,2 Honeycomb OS, 16GB of onboard storage, Wi-Fi, Tethering capability, but other details haven’t been revealed out. According to the previous leaks, Motorola Xoom 2 will be powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. A few days ago, we also heard that the 10.2-inch Motorola Xoom 2 models appeared in Verizon system sporting up to 64GB flash storage and 4G LTE capability.
