We already published about the leaked specs of the upcoming Motorola Droid 4 handset, which is going to be latest addition to Verizon’s LTE family. Droid 4 is the first QWERTY-slider handset, which is having 4G LTE connectivity on board. The folks over Droid-Life outed the official press shots of the Motorola Droid 4, showing off its QWERTY keyboard. We can say that Droid 4 is looking like a small cousin of the Motorola Droid RAZR handset with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Verizon has also published a specs sheet on an evolution graphical image, comparing all the Droid 4 handset with Droid RAZR, Droid 3 and Droid 2 Global handsets.
Motorola Droid 4 comes with Webtop functionality and and tries to bear other LTE superlatives with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 (with the latest edition) and the display is a 4-inch qHD display, along with a 5-row sliding out QWERTY keyboard. Motorola Droid 4 uses the same 8MP rear camera sensor as the Bionic and Droid RAZR phone. The front facing camera is capable of making 720p HD video chats. It is having 1GB DDR2 RAM, 16GB internal storage with memory expansion support up to 32GB, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1080p HD video recording capability, and the battery capacity is 1785mAh. Droid 4 will be also shipping with MotoCast app pre-insatlled, which is a new feature introduced with Motorola Droid RAZR, which will let you to access your entire music collection, view photos, and double check your presentations for work at any time from your PC.

There’s no official word yet on the Motorola Droid 4’s exact release date and the price value. We are looking for December 8 release along with the most awaited Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
