Dish Network has launched an app for iPad tablet, Dish Remote Access, which gives the ability to watch the live and recorded TV for iPad. iPad users should have a broadband connection and Dish network’s subscription to enjoy this programming service. To make this app working, users should have Sling adapter and also need to be running ViP 722 or 722k HD DVRs of Dish network. The Sling Adapter is offered to DISH subscribers for $99.
Apart from video streaming, Remote Access app also offers schedule DVR recordings, manage conflicts, delete shows on multiple receivers. So recordings can be scheduled, watched, and deleted entirely on-the-go and the app also enables the users to browse and search up to nine days of upcoming programming. In order to work, the app requires iOS 4.2 and some supplemental hardware connected to your DISH Network receiver.
DISH Remote Access 2.2.88 was released in the App Store. The iPad users can download this DISH Remote Access for free from the iTunes App Store.
