AT&T branded HTC Vivid is the first HTC handset in the U.S. that is being upgraded to Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS update since yesterday (don’t count Galaxy Nexus, as its Google’s exclusive phone). A little more than a few hours after the Vivid’s Ice Cream Sandwich Rollout, AT&T has outed the list of the handsets regarding the upcoming Android 4.0 update for many devices in the coming months. Here is the list of the AT&T devices that will be upgraded to the latest ICS update.
- # Samsung Galaxy Note
- # Samsung Galaxy S II
- # Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket
- # Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9
# LG Nitro - # Motorola ATRIX 2
- # Motorola ATRIX 4G
- # Pantech Burst
- # Pantech Element
# Samsung Captivate Glide
Unfortunately and surprisingly, AT&T hasn’t listed the Samsung Infuse 4G, LG Thrill 4G and Sony Ericsson (Sony) Xperia Play handset. AT&T has finally started rolling out the Gingerbread update for the LG Thrill 4G since yesterday. We hope that these handsets will also get the ICS update. But, we can’t say for sure until an official announcement is made by AT&T. So, how many of you are rocking any Android device from the above list?
