Angry Birds Space – the latest version of the Angry Birds, one of the top selling games, hit the Android OS and iOS platform yesterday. Google Play was having the free and premium (that’s ad-free) versions yesterday, while the Apple iPad has got HD version of the Angry Birds Space game yesterday. Finally, the Angry Birds Space HD version is now available on Google Play store, priced at $2.99. But why Rovio?
HD version is the same version of the free version of the Angry Birds Space, but charging more dollars for basically the same features is really a money grab. Moreover, the HD version won’t let you to install the game on most of the HD devices, such as Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Asus Transformer Prime, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. According to the reports, it works fine on Motorola Xoom tablet and Amazon Appstore has also listed the Angry Birds Space HD version on its website for the same price and mentioned it as the Kindle Fire edition, which is having 1024x600p resolution. Then, why it doesn’t work on Prime tablet? What’s happening Rovio? Perhaps, it may work on Asus Transformer Pad Infinity tablet, which has 1080p HD display and it is yet to be released.
Angry Birds Space comes with all new physics, new settings, new levels and new birds with zero gravity and a few other little twists. Keep fighting the usual green piglets using space physics and destroy buildings and defeat those evil green pigs.
