A couple of months ago, U.S. Cellular has introduced its first ever 4G LTE capable Samsung Galaxy S Aviator handset, which is just rebranded version of the Verizon branded Samsung Droid Charge. Today, the carrier has announced that the Galaxy S Aviator handset is now available to purchase online and in stores for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in-rebate on a two-year contract with U.S. Cellular. You can grab it for just $99.99 after a $100 mail-in-rebate for a limited time in select markets currently covered by US Cellular’s 4G LTE network.

The carrier is using King Street Wireless as its LTE provider. The surrent LTE coverage areas are including Iowa, Maine, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin and thecarrier will further expand its its LTE market in the 2nd half of the year in Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oregon, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
