A few days back, Sprint has officially started rolling out the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update for its CDMA capable Google Nexus S 4G handset. Today, Android release engineer JBQ (Jean-Baptiste Queru) from Google, has released the factory image “sojus” of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich build IMM76D for the Sprint Nexus S 4G device. The factory images will lets you to completely restore compatible devices back to stock and according to JBQ, this image is for those who have flashed to custom versions of AOSP and want to get back to factory state.
Socked version Gingerbread running Nexus S 4G owners can wait for the OTA update of Android ICS build or else they can also use these factory images to get upgraded latest version of ICS OS, build number IMM76D.
