AT&T has just announced the beautiful pure white Samsung Focus 2, adding it as the 3rd handset to its 4G LTE capable windows phone line-up, including Nokia Lumia 900 and HTC Titan II. Focus 2 is the first LTE-enabled device from Samsung. You can grab this extremely affordable windows phone for just $49.99 on a two-year contract with the carrier and it will be available purchase from May 20th. Focus 2 is a successor to one of the most successful Windows Phone handsets, the original Samsung Focus. Unfortunately, the Samsung Focus 2 doesn’t carry over microSD card slot support of the OG Focus.
For the uninitiated, the Samsung Focus 2 is the budget device from AT&T, packing some rather quality specs:
# Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS.

# 512MB RAM.
# 1.4GHz single-core processor as all other windows phones.
# 4G LTE connectivity – 50Mbps download speeds on 4G LTE network, 21Mbps HSPA+ download speeds.
# 5MP rear-facing camera with 720p HD video recording capability.
# 8GB internal storage.
# VGA front-facing camera.
# 11mm thickness, weight: 122 grams.
# Support for rolling back to AT&T’s HSPA+ network if you are outside the LTE coverage.
