Earlier this month, the south Korean manufacturer officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet but kept mum on U.S. availability of this device. A few hours ago, at a dedicated event in New York, Samsung has confirmed that the 2GB RAM equipped Galaxy Note 10.1 will start hitting the U.S. stores today, August 16th.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 will come preinstalled with S Note, S Planner, Crayon physics, Adobe Photoshop Touch, and Polaris Office apps to take advantage of the S-Pen.
The 16GB Galaxy Note 10.1 Wi-Fi edition costs $499, while the 32GB Wi-Fi variant checks in at $599 and it will be available to purchase from Amazon, Best Buy, Tiger Direct, HH Gregg, CDW, BrandSmart, Conn’s and Fry’s. No word on price value of the 3G and 64GB Wi-Fi editions yet.
