Just a few moments ago, we reported about the possible specs of the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 handset, which is expected to carry an 8MP camera with PureView technology, 32GB onboard storage and wireless charging capabilities. We will see both the Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 will be officially announced at the Nokia-Microsoft joint press event in New York City. It looks like a source who is close to The Verge, have received some details regarding the upcoming Nokia Lumia 820 handset.
According to the leak, the Lumia 820 packs an 8MP camera and it may not include PureView technology and it is expected to feature a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, alongside a gig of RAM, 8GB built-in memory storage with memory expansion support up to 32GB, thanks to its microSD slot. Lumia 820 will also have wireless charging capabilities with the help of a special cover. Just like the Lumia 710handset, the upcoming Lumia 820 will be available to purchase with various colors of rear side covers and users can also swap them.
There’s no word on how much the Nokia Lumia 820 will cost and when it will release, but a decent price tag is a good guess. We will find out more details when it launches officially.
