The new Apple iPhone 5 is on the horizon, but when does it come out? Well, the wait is almost over. Apple today sent out invitations to the members of the press for a media event scheduled for next week Wednesday, September 12th at 10:00am. There is a hint in the invite about the product to be expected, which is believed to be the launch of their next-generation iPhone. From long ago, we’ve been hearing that Apple is gearing up to announce the new iPhone 5 on September 12., along with the iPad mini and the next gen iPod touch.
In the above image, you can clearly observe a big shadow “5” of the number 12, which strongly suggests that the long-awaited iPhone 5 will be officially announced. No more doubts or any speculations. We don’t whether or not Apple has plans to launch both the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini devices at the same event.
The event will take place in San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the same venue where the company launched its new iPad this February and iPhone 4S last October. iPhone 5 is rumored to sport a 4-inch Retina display, quad-core processor, an 8MP camera, NFC and LTE connectivity. According to the previous rumors, we can expect the iPhone 5 in stores by Friday, March 21st. As usual, you can sit back and relax, we’ll bring you all of the goings-on from the event, so stay tuned to Gadgetian for more.
