A few days ago, the upcoming 5-inch ZTE Grand S phone was officially showcased at company’s office in China, ahead of its launch day at CES 2013 event. We’ve already seen many more leaks related to this beast and it looks like we will some more leaks till it gets officially launched in Las Vegas on January 8th. These latest images show the back side of the Grand S in a variety of colors, including Black, Red, Lime Green, Gray, Pink and one Blue. That’s six colors in total and there is also a White version of the phone.
You might recall that ZTE is also readying another high-end Android phone called Nubia Z5 (launched after Christmas in last year), which is going to be exclusive for China only, while the Grand S is expected to be launched as international 5-inch quad-core phone from the manufacturer. ZTE Grand S might be launched as thinnest smartphone up to date, measuring 6.9mm thin chassis, and it will be packed in 3.14mm bezel.
This device will likely be popping up with a 1.5GHz quad-core processor from Qualcomm, 5-inch 1080p display (which is an OGS display of just 0.55mm) and will have both front and back-facing cameras – 2MP and 13MP respectively. The Android 4.2 Jelly Bean mobile operating system from Google will be part of the company’s big push for this handset. Other specifications are including 2GB RAM, 2,500mAh battery.
