According to two Korean new agencies, LG have confirmed the existence the much rumored Optimus G Pro. The device will have a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080, powered by Quad-core processor. The smartphone will reportedly be available in the first quarter of this year.
First, it was rumored that the upcoming flagship device will be LG Optimus G2 but this new report has cleared our doubts.
Even though there is no official information regarding the specs of the device, you can guess from the previously leaked report that the device will have 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 13MP rear camera, a 2MP front camera and a 3000mAh battery to run the device. The device is reportedly weighing around 160g, measuring 139x70x10.1mm in size and it may be running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system out of the box. It was claimed that the LG Optimus G Pro will apparently be heading to NTT DoCoMo bearing model number L-04E, compared to the original Optimus G which was the L-01E.
The device may be available in Black and White color. The LG Optimus G Pro is expected to be unveiled at MWC 2013 next month in Barcelona. We expect LG will reveal more info regarding the specification of the device along with its pricing info very soon.
