While the Taiwanese manufacturer is preparing to unveil its upcoming 1080p flagship Android phone, the HTC M7 at its NYC event on February 19th, a couple of leaks have already surfaced online, detailing the hardware specs of other upcoming phones from the manufacturer. First device is a high-end spec’d Android phone called HTC M4, and the latter is a budget priced Android called HTC G2.
HTC M7
According to the leaked memos, The HTC M4 should be launched with Sense 5 UI topping Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Rest of the specs are as follows.
# Ships with a 4.3″ 720p display
# Runs with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz
# 2 GB of RAM. The specs highlights continue with 16 GB of on-board storage,
# 13 MP primary camera with F/2.0 lens on back side
# 1.6 MP front-facing shooter
# 16GB if internal storage
# 4G LTE support
# 1,700mAh battery
HTC G2
The HTC G2 will carry all the entry-level specifications, and it will ship with out-dated ICS OS out of the box.

# Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS
# 1GHz single-core processor with 512MB RAM
# 5MP rear camera
# 4GB onboard storage + SD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB

The source said both the HTC M4 and G2 phones will be available to release in Spring, while the M7 will reportedly start shipping by this month’s end (also rumored to release on March 8th), after its February 19th debut at NYC event. Expect to see M4 and G2 at that same event or at this month’s MWC trade show in Barcelona.
