You might have already heard that Konka is also one of the famous Chinese manufacturers for the GSM and CDMA mobile phones. Last month at the CES event in Las Vegas, different mobile manufacturers showed off their respective mobile products and consumer electronic items. Among the manufacturers, Konka is also one of them. At the event, its first quad-core smartphone Konka W970 was introduced. The smartphone is equipped with the latest MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor.
Today from a new report, we have found some leaked photos of a smartphone from Konka. From the images, it has been confirmed that the smartphone is packed with a 5-inch AMOLED display, and the smartphone is powered by MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor.
The smartphone has much rounder and more comfortable looking design. Coming to the carrier, the device is likely to be heading to China Mobile later this year.
It is also suggested that the device will have on-screen navigation. From China Mobile logo, it has been confirmed that the device will only support TD-SCDMA. It means it may not be an international version. It is rumored to be running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile OS out of the box.
When we find more info about the specs and price tag of the smartphone, we’ll let you know.
