The iQOO 11 was launched in China a month ago, and it also traveled to some countries in Southeast Asia. Today, the manufacturer has finally launched the iQOO 11 5G in India. iQOO claims that this would be “India’s fastest smartphone,” which is based on the fact that it is the first phone to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset onboard to the Indian markets.
The iQOO 11 5G uses both fiberglass, and vegan leather, and it has a triple-color stripe design on the back, which is inspired by BMW M Motorsport’s brand colors. On the front, it has a 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED display with 1440x3200px resolution. The display can output maximum refresh rate of 144MHz, 1B colors, and HDR10+. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is paired up with a VC liquid cooling system, 8GB, 16G of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. UFS 4.0 would be faster than the current UFS 3.1.
For photography, the iQOO 11 5G comes with a triple camera setup on the back side: OIS-assisted 50MP 23mm 1/1.57″ Samsung GN5 primary sensor, an 8MP 16mm fixed-focus ultra-wide unit, and a 13MP 50mm 2x telephoto shooter. Around the front, it has a 16MP selfie camera. The cameras are powered by a Vivo V2 imaging chip, and also have Pure Night View and 4K Super Night Video support for improved noise reduction in both images and videos, as well as a mode, which brings near-instant photo capture in Zero-Shutter-Lag Motion Snapshot.
The device has a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast wired charging speeds support, and it ships with Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13. The company pledges 3 Android updates and 4 years of security updates. Rest of the specs are including 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It also arrives with dual stereo speakers, an IR sensor, and an optical fingerprint sensor.
The iQOO 11 5G goes for sale n either Alpha (glass back) or Legend (silicon leather) color options on January 13th at 12PM through Amazon India and iQOO websites for the following prices. Amazon Prime customers get 24-hour early access to the sale at 12 PM IST IST on January 12, in addition to an extra ₹1,000 discount. Customers can take advantage of the ₹5,000 discount on credit/debit cards issued by HDFC and ICICI banks, and there is also an additional exchange bonus of up to ₹4,000
