After a month of internal testing of One UI 5.1 for Galaxy phones, Samsung today started rolling out their latest software build for the Galaxy S22 series. Earlier this month, Samsung announced the latest Galaxy S23 series with the pre-installed One UI 5.1.
The One UI 5.1 is now rolling out for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra phones. The update is currently being distributed in the Germany. Samsung is performing a staged rollout, and the Galaxy S22 users in the other European countries should be getting on the coming days. The latest update is about 2GB big size and new the firmware version is S906BXXU3CWAI / S906BOXM3CWAI / S906BXXU3CWAI. The One UI 5.1 brings various improvements to the system along with more customization options and additional features. The update also contains a February 2013 security patch.

The latest One UI 5.1 comes packed plenty of enhancements including improved stock apps, family sharing albums in Gallery app, a new battery widget. It will also bring better and easier access to the Expert RAW camera app, better AR Emojis and AR Zone, Samsung Notes collaborations, improvements to Samsung DeX, and improvements to multi-device controls.
