In anticipation of spring, the Google Store, Amazon, and Best Buy in the US have launched a new sale that offers significant discounts on the Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel 6a.
The Google Pixel series of smartphones has established a reputation for delivering premium features and top-notch performance at a competitive price point compared to other high-end devices. With their robust chipsets, exceptional cameras, and user-friendly software, the Pixel phones have gained a dedicated fan base among both tech enthusiasts and casual users.
Although they are not the most inexpensive smartphones available, the Pixel’s blend of premium hardware and software functionalities makes them a compelling option for those seeking a flagship-grade device at a more reasonable cost. And now, in the US, Best Buy, Amazon, and Google Store have further reduced their prices, making them even more accessible to potential buyers.
During previous sales events such as Black Friday, the Google Store only offered a $100 discount on the smaller flagship phone. However, now the Pixel 7 is available for $449, with a significant discount of $150 until April 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT. This deal is also available on Amazon and Best Buy.
At Best Buy, customers can purchase the Pixel 7 at an exceptional price of $349, down from its usual cost of $599, representing a substantial discount of $250. However, Best Buy requires immediate activation of the phone to obtain this deal. Alternatively, Amazon offers the same device for $449, and activation is not a requirement. Additionally, the Pixel 7 Pro is currently priced at $599 through Best Buy, which is a substantial $300 discount from its original cost of $899.

Similarly, the Pixel 6a is priced at $299 on both Amazon and the Google Store, while it is priced at $249 on Best Buy. Additionally, the Google Store has raised the trade-in values for older Pixel phones, giving customers the opportunity to receive higher values for their older devices.
It’s worth noting that these deals are set to expire well before Google’s I/O 2023 event in May. Furthermore, rumors suggest that the Pixel 7a may not arrive until June, meaning that these discounts may be the last chance for customers to grab a Pixel phone at a reduced price for a while. It is also interesting to note that the leaks of the first Pixel 8 and 8 Pro renders emerged earlier this week at the same time as these flagship discounts.
The Pixel 7 is a smaller and more affordable option than the Pixel 7 Pro, boasting a 6.3-inch flat AMOLED display, 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of storage, and a 4,355mAh battery. This battery can provide up to 31 hours of normal usage and up to 72 hours with the Extreme Battery Saver Mode.
On the other hand, the Pixel 7 Pro is the flagship model, offering a larger 6.71-inch AMOLED display with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It also features a distinct design, advanced security features, and extended software support. The camera setup includes a 50MP wide lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens with autofocus for macro photography on the ultra-wide sensor.
