Amazon released its newest version of Kindle Reader having great features like Free 3G wireless, Built-in Wi-Fi, Global 3G wireless coverage, Battery life of one month. Its Amazon’s 3rd generation of Kindle Reader and it is smaller and slimmer than previous Kindle models. It runs on Linux Kernel OS.
Amazon Kindle Reader features 6.0” Monochrome E Ink display with full image zoom, 64 MB RAM, built-in dictionary, Linux Kernel OS, 3G, Wi-Fi, Whispernet. It holds 256 MB Built in of which only 180 MB is available and can hold about 200 books and it supports SD card up to 4GB.
Amazon pays for Kindle’s wireless connectivity so you won’t see a monthly wireless bill. Whispernet utilizes Amazon’s optimized technology plus a high-speed data network to enable you to wirelessly download content on the go and you can get free Wi-Fi access at AT&T hotspots, access 3G globally.
