Asus Transformer Prime was the only quad-core processor equipped tablet launched in last year. This year we will be seeing more and more quad-core processor equipped handsets and tablets in this year. Acer has recently introduced its first-ever quad-core tablet, Iconia Tab A700 at CES 2012 event in Las Vegas and it will hit the markets in the 2nd quarter of this year. But, the manufacturer has failed to mention the price tag of the device. According to a Germany based Tablet Test website, the Acer Iconia Tab A700 16GB tablet will be priced at €549 in Europe. That means it’s roughly $710. The 64GB Acer Iconia Tab A700 will reportedly priced for €749 ($970).
